Feedback from employers has told us that the starting point for the Map should be their own workforce,
and that some of the seven interventions we had initially proposed could be combined to make the framework simpler.
As a result, we have streamlined the framework to five key themes, which still, of course, cover all the activities contained in the previous version.
These are:
- developing your employees
- finding new people
- improving competitiveness
- working with education
- helping your industry
We are currently conducting test user journeys and scenarios to ensure the web tool is as streamlined and functional as possible.
As the project progresses we will be contacting people to ask for their advice and ideas.
