After just two months, the Talent Map Project has produced a website that demonstrates how the new talentplan might look and operate.
This is now being made available to members of the project's advisory panel to review and comment upon.The original Talent Map concept has been refined into five themes or interventions, following feedback from employers, but still covering all of the original detail.
The new site includes the ability to compile, save and share a focussed talent plan for the whole organisation, to help employers develop talent and skills in relation to their business.
Initial feedback received has been very favourable, with particular praise for the clean and simple navigation and business-focussed language.
